Making changes to your 学生 account? Please refer to the list below.

To waive or enroll in the 主要研究 学生 健康 Benefits Plan, please complete the 健康保险 Waiver/Enrollment Form.

Adding or changing a meal plan? 膳食计划的改变

NOTE: 学生 login credentials must be used to access the meal plan form. 家长门户 logins will not work for this purpose.

If the 学生 has a scholarship coming from outside of 主要研究, please forward the scholarship check to 学生账户 promptly. If the 学生 has received an award letter from the donor, please enclose that with the check to help ensure the funds are posted accurately. If the check is made payable to the 学生, it should be endorsed with the following statement: “Pay to the Order of 主要研究”, then the 学生’s signature.  Non-university scholarship funds will not be credited to 学生 accounts until the checks have been delivered to 学生账户.

To decline a loan or part of a loan that appears on the 学生’s account please complete the Loan Adjustment Form and forward to 金融援助 at 金融.Aid@tgpj.net or fax to (603) 862-1947

If the 学生’s account will be paid through a third-party organization or sponsorship such as an employer, 资深的好处, 或Voc康复, please provide authorization on official letterhead from the sponsoring organization prior to the payment deadline date. This option is available for degree 学生s only. Third-party sponsorships are not accepted for non-degree 学生s. Please use the following link to E-mail Third Party Authorization documentation (note: please do not include 学生's Social Security Number if e-mailing)

The 学生 will be using a USNH 工作人员 or Dependent 学费 Waiver. These are now completed in 明智的. Please have the employee use the following link to complete the form on 明智的.

For graduate assistants who will be receiving graduate tuition waivers: If waivers do not appear when expected, 学生s should contact their departments to be sure waiver information has been entered.

Please note: It may take until October 1 (Fall) or March 1 (Spring) for tuition waivers to post to your 学生 account.  学生 late fees are not applied during this time.

Less than full-time credit hours?  If the 学生 has been billed full-time charges but intends to be part-time for the semester please use this email link to indicate the number of expected credits for the semester. Part-Time 学生 E-mail Link

Taking a reduced course load may affect your financial aid package. Please complete a “Change in Enrollment Form” under the 学生形式 drop down menu on the 金融援助 website.

  • Part-Time Undergraduate = less than 12 credits
  • Part-Time Graduate 学生 = less than 9 credits

Taking a leave of absence or withdrawing from 主要研究?  Contact the Registrar’s Office to request an official withdrawal/leave of absence form. Call them at (603) 862-1500 or email 主要研究.Withdrawals@tgpj.net.
